Live Rugby League In 3D
They said that all this 3D TV stuff would never last (OK I’m not really sure who they are but somebody must have said it!) but they are going to be wrong! As I type this now Sky Sports are showing Gods own game in 3D for the very first time.
That’s right people, the Wigan vs Warrington Super League game tonight is being shown in 3D in selcted pubs across the UK. Of course it’s never going to be as good as watching a game in the flesh but you’d hope that the 3D experience might add something to the impacts if nothing else. It’s nice to see that Rugby and especially Rugby League isn’t being left behind with this, who knows the 3D novelty might be enough to have some people who wouldn’t normally watch league get into it. Anything that raises the profile of rugby league has to be a good thing right?
